  • At Astrocrystal, we strive to provide high-quality customized crystal bracelets designed uniquely for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific refund and return policies. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Custom Orders

  • No Returns but you can Exchanges within 7 days : As all bracelets are customized based on the information you provide (name, date of birth, and Rashi), they are non-returnable but it can be exchangeable within 7 days

  • Accuracy of Details : Please ensure that the details you submit during the ordering process are accurate. Astrocrystal is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Reporting Issues: If the product is defective or damaged, notify us within 24 Hours of receiving the item by contacting us at

  • Proof of Issue: Provide clear images or videos of the defective or damaged item along with your order details.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the defective or damaged item.

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation, if a replacement is not feasible.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Eligibility : Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged items confirmed by our team.

  • Refund Method : Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer for customization (e.g., wrong name, date of birth, or Rashi).

  • Customer change of mind after the order has been placed and processed.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping : If a defective or damaged product needs to be returned, Astrocrystal will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items.
